Dr. Paul Randolph is an ordained minister who has a doctoral degree in pastoral counseling and has been counseling since 1985. He is the founder and Executive Director of Insight Christian Counseling. He also serves as chaplain for the Upper Southampton Police Department, Pennsylvania State Police, and Huntingdon Valley Fire Company. He also is a member of the Bucks County CISM Team. Dr. Paul has over twenty years of experience as a police and fire chaplain starting with the Philadelphia Police Dept. and is a senior level chaplain with the International Conference of Police Chaplains. He has spoken at professional conferences on Post-Traumatic Stress and Police Suicide and has published numerous professional journal articles on PTS and other counseling topics.
Tony Repic is an experienced military chaplain with over 10 years of pastoral and military ministry. He was originally commissioned as an Armor/Calvary officer and was later called by the Lord to become a chaplain. He was deployed with the 728th Combat Support Battalion to Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Qatar, Kuwait, and Afghanistan. He is experienced in a variety of counseling issues including crisis, suicide intervention, depression, substance abuse, marriage and family, financial, men’s issues, Post-Traumatic Stress, and grief. Tony is committed to helping people find hope and help through the power of God. He currently serves as a US Air Force chaplain who serves airmen as well as soldiers in the US Army. Tony is married and he and his wife have three children.
