Vantage Point was created to provide first responders and military members a non-denominational, pastoral counseling approach that is different from a psychiatrist or psychologist.  We provide this at a discounted rate and will work with you for what you can afford, regardless of insurance coverage. 



Dr. Paul Randolph is an ordained ministrer who has a doctoral degree in pastoral counseling and has been counseling since 1985.  He is Executive Director of Insight Christian Counseling and serves as a pastor at Davisville Church in Southampton, PA.  He also serves as chaplain for the Upper Southampton Police Department, Pennsylvania State Police, and Huntingdon Valley Fire Company.  He also is a member of the Bucks County CISM Team.  He has spoken at professional conferences Post-Traumatic Stress and has published numerous professional journal articles on PTS and other counselnig topics. 




Tony is an experienced military chaplain with 12 years of pastoral and military ministry. He is experienced in a variety of counseling issues including crisis, suicide intervention, depression, substance abuse, marriage and family, financial, men's issues, Post-Traumatic Stress, and grief. Tony is committed to helping people find help and hope through the power of God. He currently serves as an US Air Force chaplain who serves airmen as well as soldiers in the US Army. Tony is married and he and his wife have three children.
